Looking back at the post when I heat treated the wood from 1995 (that I now abandoned) I should have realized that it was high dens.
Tone wood -95 "Soil" project. The moisture meter showed 4 % after heat treatment! If I had set it to measure 0,5-0,6 g/cm3 SG, it would have shown 0-1% MC. Anyway the lesson learned - always measure density first.
Starting SG for the 2004 wood that I just put in the Owen is 0,45 g/cm3 (160 C)
