Final stage tuning Extrados

I'm now at the final stage of tuning Extrados of the back plate. (Page 101, the same volume but 10-15 Hz extra). Arch height is 16 mm.

Purfling channel in upper and lower regions is 3,0 mm and 3,2 mm in c-bouts. I can bring this one below 100 g. 

The model I'm using here (Strad G mold) is also bigger, with the previous mold the plates would be a at least a couple of grams lighter.

Cleaned up with scrapers

Finishing next weekend....
