Violin - Stockholm

Today is one of the most rewarding day I have had as a violin maker. It is truly a Heureka moment. This violin keeps giving and giving there is no limit and I cannot find any flaws. No need to do anything to the bridge, the pure sound is there now. This recording [Itzhak Perlman plays Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto III mov in Russia] is for me undoubtedly the ultimate perfection.

Most violin makers copies or are influenced by Strads or Del Gesus, when making violins. So am I, but for me it is the sound. Most noticeable with this violin is the similarity in higher positions on G string and the "popping" sound (0.35 - 0.50 into the recording)

Today I'm close to my "secret" goal - The Soil Stradivari - in certain lights it even looks the same :)
