Post date: Nov 01, 2015 6:43:37 PM

Finished top, quite thin (density 0,47-0,48 8% MC)

Graduations:

A= 2,7 - 2,8 mm

B= 1,9 - 2,1 mm

C= 3,3 - 3,5 mm

D= 2,0 - 2,2 mm

Edges 2,4-2,7 mm

Purfling channel 3,0 - 3,5 (c-bouts)

Bass bar slightly convex because of the 17 mm arch height 3,5 g, 10,5 mm highest point

M5 338 Hz

M2 150 Hz

One thing to consider when tuning a high dens top is that it looks bad in the beginning, frequency seems to drop too soon and the weight don't want to go down, but as the thicknesses closes their final state and the weight is going down, the frequency drops slower. It requires that you work carefully!
